TLB Interiors is a premier interior design firm specializing in remodel and new construction projects. Our design services range from hourly consultations, to large whole-home remodel and furnishing projects. We specialize in complete home transformations for homeowners who want more than a beautiful result—they want a home that works. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we serve clients nationwide from our design studio + showroom in downtown Danville.  Established in 2013, TLB Interiors has grown to be a respected industry leader in the Bay Area. Led by owner and Principal Designer, Suzie Baumgartner, this all female team offers a wide range of style and talent.

With a primary focus on full service remodeling and furnishing projects with established homeowners in Danville, Alamo, Diablo, Lafayette, Napa Valley and Marin County, and beyond - the TLB design team enjoys transforming homes to their full potential. With over two decades of experience in the interior design industry, TLB has gained valuable experience and knowledge of construction, space planning, furnishings, color and fabrics, window treatments, and project management. SUZIE BAUMGARTNER
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

Over the past decade, Suzie has established herself as a trusted expert in residential remodeling and project management, earning recognition for her meticulous attention to detail and refined aesthetic sensibility. She is known for creating homes that feel warm, sophisticated, highly functional, and deeply personal. While her design approach is versatile and tailored to each client, Suzie is especially drawn to an “Elevated Transitional” aesthetic—where timeless architecture meets fresh, curated interiors. Much of TLB Interiors’ business comes through client referrals, a reflection of the firm’s commitment to exceptional quality, service, and thoughtful design.

TLB Interiors is powered by a dynamic team of talented local women with diverse professional backgrounds, all working collaboratively to ensure a seamless and successful experience for every client and project.

Suzie’s passion for interior design began while working as a Design Associate for a prominent Bay Area hospitality design firm, where she contributed to the design, specification, and installation of high-end hotels and trend-forward restaurants. That experience laid the foundation for her transition into residential design and ultimately inspired the launch of her own firm. With more than 14 years of experience, Suzie has led the design of primary residences, vacation homes, and guest properties throughout the West Coast for a wide range of clientele.

Travel remains one of Suzie’s greatest sources of inspiration, particularly the historic architecture and timeless interiors found throughout Europe. A proud Danville native, Suzie and her husband feel grateful to be raising their three sons in the community they have always called home. Balancing the demands of family life, youth sports schedules, and a thriving design business has become one of her greatest strengths. Building a successful business rooted in downtown Danville has long been a personal dream—and one she is proud to have realized.

We curate each design project all in-house, handling everything from architectural drawings, drafting, sourcing and designing, purchasing and project management.
